Dome Parking Costing More

(WSB Radio)  Falcons fans get ready; you'll be paying more when you go to a game this year.

The World Congress Center Authority, which controls the Georgia Dome parking lots, plans to raise the cost for parking from $10 to $15 to raise some needed revenue.

A spokesman for the authority says the new price is comparable to what other downtown parking lots charge. 

The authority estimates that the convention center will lose $1.5 million in the fiscal year that begins in July.
