"I Walked With A Zombie"

When The Earl opens its doors on Thurs., July 8 to begin celebrating their 11-year anniversary, the club will also become the latest player in the Atlanta 7-inch game. The “Live at The Earl” singles series kicks off with a recording by Gentleman Jesse performing Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds' song "Deanna,” with a rendition of Roky Erickson's Texas psych. classic, "I Walked with a Zombie" on the b-side.

Both songs were recorded on Halloween night 2009, and the record is limited to only 500 copies. If you pay the $5 cover charge for the show you get a copy of the record. 488 Flat Shoals Rd. 404-522-3950.
