Top Chef Hosts Interactive Demonstration

This Saturday, June 27th, Top Chef and Atlantan Richard Blais will host an interactive cooking demonstration at the Variety Playhouse in Little Five Points...Chef Blais will use and demonstrate his unique expertise in gastronomy for the audience, featuring liquid nitrogen and a slew of other unconventional "gadgets", to prepare a three-course meal and lead a discussion on gastronomy and the future of fine dining.
